- Author: ESubden
- Published by: Passages, Social Norms Learning Collaborative

Building on the Costing of Norms-Shifting Interventions: A Primer from the Passages Project, this brief summarizes the learnings from two costing studies of norms-shifting interventions undertaken by two Passages Project implementing partners, Save the Children and Tearfund, in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
The brief includes five insights highlighting key benefits they derived from costing their programs, which may serve as recommendations in implementing and funding other norms-shifting interventions and social behaviour change programs.
