Summary

This project is aimed at engaging the traditional & religious institutions (leaders) in Nigeria to capitalise on their role as gate keepers for health interventions in their communities. These leaders will serve as spearheads working with the health sections of government to ensuring that every child in the community is fully immunized and does not miss any scheduled immunisation until he/she is fully vaccinated.

In FGDs it was observed that caregivers still are yet to know/be convinced on the importance/need of immunising their children.
